PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the wear of an antenna element generated conventionally due to non-arrangement of a roller supporting a lower face of a part equivalent to an article conveyance region of a conveyance belt. SOLUTION: In a conveyance article control device provided with a cylindrical body 9 made of an insulation material and arranged so as to surround the article conveyance region of the conveyance belt 3 for conveying an article 4 provided with an IC tag 5 and at least one looplike antenna element 10 arranged along a peripheral face of the cylindrical body to record information in the IC tag 5 through the antenna element 10 and read the information recorded in the IC tag 5 through the antenna element 10, the antenna element 10 is extended along at least an upper face and both side faces of the cylindrical body 9, a guide roller 8 supporting the lower face of the conveyance belt is arranged along the lower face of the conveyance belt part constituting the article conveyance region, and a shaft core part of the guide roller 8 is constituted by a metallic member 8a to bring a lower end part of the antenna element 10 into contact with both end parts of the metallic member 8a. |
