<p>A dispensing package for a cosmetic stick comprising a barrel (2) having a generally open end (3) and a generally closed end, a central longitudinal axis (5) which run between the generally open end and the generally closed end (3) of the barrel (2), a piston (7) slidably located within the barrel (2) for advancing product contained within the barrel (2) towards the generally open end (3), the package having a cross-section perpendicular to the central longitudinal axis (5) which is ellipsoidal, the generally open end (3) of the package ending in an opening through which product contained in the dispenser can be dispensed, characterised in that the opening, when viewed in the direction of the minor axes of the ellipsoidal cross-section, is concave.</p> |
