PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontacting feeding system for a moving body capable of reducing in costs by cutting a feeding wire in almost half, and also capable of reducing a resistance loss of a feeding wire and a loss caused by an eddy current. SOLUTION: A feeding-wire holding section 5 having a U-shaped cross section is mounted at the middle point between two streaks of wire-running paths 9, 9 in parallel with guide rails 7, 7 in a state that an opening of the holding section looks upward. Feeding wires 6, 6 each of which is composed of a litz wire are placed on upper edge faces of the feeding-wire holding section 5, respectively. Pickup cores 2, 2 wound with pickup coils 2a, 2a are mounted at sides of moving bodies 1, 1 assigned to each of the feeding wires 6.
