PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of adjusting the content of an air flow with high accuracy by fixing both the air regulator and the reverse valve of an impact wrench and integrally rotating the two to simplify operation and prevent the deviation of control accuracy. SOLUTION: The impact wrench is provided with a regulator bushing 28 fitly inserted from the back and firmly fixed to a housing 21, an air regulator 27 rotatably inserted and fitted to regulator bushing 28 capable of adjusting the content of an air flow into a motor 25, and the reverse valve 26 fitly inserted inside the air regulator 27 and fixed to the operation part 27a of the air regulator at the edge part. When the operation part 27a of the air regulator is rotated, the air regulator 27 integrated with this rotates simultaneously. As a result, by operating only the reverse valve 26, the motor 25 can be forwardly/reversely switched and at the same time the content of an air flow can be adjusted at the forward rotation.
