SOLUTION: A diving state control part 3 determines the excess of maximum water depth, the excess of diving time, and the like using information from a water depth information generating part 1 and a time information generating part 2, and the data of a calculating data storage part 4. An alarm generation command part 11 generates voice message information corresponding to the detected contents. A voice synthesizing part 12 synthesizes voice corresponding to the voice message information. The diver is warned with the synthesized voice. The warning includes the synthesized voice warning of the shortage of residual pressure in a tank by taking in the residual pressure information of air in the tank, and the abnormality of a respiration rate of the diver.
