PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to input ordering data, which have been inputted up to right before a communication is interrupted, again after the communication is resumed when an order on a parts is received or sent through the Internet. SOLUTION: A plurality of processors 1 for respective customers are connected to a host processor 7 of a manufacturing company through the Internet 3. Ordering data inputted by a selling store correspond to a customer code and are sent to the host processor 6. The host processor 7 stores a memory with the ordering data, customer code, and a session number for identifying a communication line so that they correspond to one another. The customer processor 1 and host processor communicate again with each other after the communication is interrupted, the session number corresponding to the customer code stored in the memory is updated into a new session number and the ordering data having been inputted up to right before the communication is interrupted are transmitted to the customer processor 1 through the communication line. Consequently, the ordering data up to right before the communication is interrupted are used as they are and further ordering data can additionally be inputted. |
