CONSENT DECIDING SYSTEM, CONSENT DECIDING METHOD, CONSENT DECIDING PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM WITH THE PROGRAM RECORDED THEREON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consent deciding system for guaranteeing that consent decision to a requested operation has been made based on proper consent conditions, and for guaranteeing that what kind of consent decision result has been provided.

SOLUTION: An operation request from an operation requesting subject 14 is accepted by an operation execution subject 15, and a consent deciding request to the operation request is requested from the operation executing subject 15 to a consent deciding subject 16. The consent deciding subject 16 makes consent decision from a consent conditions 12 and consent decision information 17 stored in a consent condition recording medium 13, and stores a consent decision result 18 in a consent decision result recording medium 19. The consent decision result 18 includes the consent condition 12 and the consent decision information 17 used for the consent decision. Then, a consent condition setting subject 11 refers to the consent decision result 18 in order to verify whether or not each consent decision has been executed based on the proper consent conditions.
