<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handhole capable of ensuring water stop effect by a water stop packing fitted to the upper end face of the circumferential frame wall part even when a cover having outside dimensions (outline) larger than a boundary value is used, and to provide its joint frame. <P>SOLUTION: The handhole comprises an inner frame wall part (circumferential frame wall part) 5 at the upper end of a side wall part 4 forming an upper surface opening 1, and one or a plurality of guide wall parts 12 formed higher than the inner frame wall part 5 at a specified interval on the outside thereof. The guide wall part 12 functions as a guide when a cover closing the upper surface opening 1 is mounted on the upper end face of the inner frame wall part 5 and is arranged to stand partially such that it can be removed until the cover D<SB>2</SB>becomes mountable on the upper end face of the inner frame wall part 5 when the guide wall part 12 interferes with the cover D<SB>2</SB>to impede mounting of the cover D<SB>2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
