<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiband transmitter-receiver which prevents thermal characteristic deterioration, is small in size, is low in cost and has high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The multiband transmitter-receiver having a function of sharing transmit and receive signals of a plurality of frequency bands by the same antenna has a plurality of filters, corresponding to the plurality of frequency bands, and a plurality of amplifiers, amplifying transmit signals, mounted on the same substrate; and the plurality of filters are arranged closely to the amplifiers in the decreasing order of temperature characteristics and another amplifier is arranged between the filter arranged most closely to the amplifier and the amplifier operating in the frequency band corresponding to the filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
