<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that while it is possible to specify a business process affected by any failure caused in an information system or an information service, it is impossible to specify the poor quality of a way of an information system operation managing work or the poor quality of an information service resulting in the occurrence of a failure, and to instantaneously select or present countermeasures to the poor quality, and that it is impossible to analyze how much influence is exerted to computerization costs or the quality of a way of work or the quality of the information service by conducting the selected countermeasures, or to integrally present decision materials to decide which countermeasures should be selected from among a plurality of countermeasures. <P>SOLUTION: After the provision of an information service is started, not only a defective event associated with an information system configuring the information service but also the poor quality of an IT process being the cause of the failure are improved, and the influence of computerization costs on a business process which is being executed by using the service is analyzed or presented, and decision making associated with the execution of countermeasures is supported. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
