<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift register, a scan driving circuit and a display apparatus having the shift register. <P>SOLUTION: In the shift register comprising a plurality of stages and outputting successively a plurality of output signals, a driving part outputs an output signal of the present stage responding to a second clock signal having a different phase from the first clock signal. In a charge part, electric charge is charged by a scan start signal or an output signal of one stage out of the previous stage. A discharge part discharges the electric charge charged to the charge part in accordance with an output signal of one stage out of the next stages. A holding part holds the output signal of the present stage within a first voltage. Therefore, floating of a gate of pull-up transistor due to parasitic capacitance between the gate and a drain of the pull-up transistor of the drive part outputting a scan signal can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
