<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of a secondary diagnostic apparatus in a wide area network. <P>SOLUTION: A primary diagnostic apparatus 4 performs the primary diagnosis of an electronic apparatus on the basis of environmental information transmitted from the electronic apparatus without intermediary of an internet 5, performs a secondary diagnosis the electronic apparatus on the basis of its environmental information by transmitting the environmental information to a secondary diagnostic apparatus 7 through the internet 5 when a secondary diagnosis different from the primary diagnosis is required, receives the secondary diagnostic result through the internet 5, can thereby avoid the concentration of inquiry of the secondary diagnosis to the many electronic apparatuses to the secondary diagnostic apparatus 7, and can thus avoid the increase in the processing load in the case of the secondary diagnosis to the secondary diagnostic apparatus 7 in the network 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
