<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma device in a liquid that is used stably under a wide range of using conditions, in which starting and continuation of the plasma generation are controlled, while taking advantage of a high rate of reaction and safe and easy handling properties of the plasma in the liquid, and also to provide a method of generating the plasma in the liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The plasma device 1 in the liquid has a reactor container 2 to retain the liquid 3, an electromagnetic wave irradiation means 4 to irradiate electromagnetic waves into the liquid 3, and a plasma generation auxiliary means 6 to control generation of the plasma. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
