<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out processing from order to delivery of a commodity, and surely carry out processing up to delivery. <P>SOLUTION: When an ordering person orders a required commodity, the processing is carried out in a place where the ordering person wants to designate as a delivery destination. A device wherein ID for identifying the place is stored is provided in the place, and the ID is supplied from the device. The ID is stored in a tag attached to the commodity. A transmitting and receiving part 222 receives the supply of the ID from the tag. A storage part 221 stores a table whereon the ID and the position information are written. A determination part 223 refers to the ID received by a transmitting and receiving part 53 and the table stored in the storage part 221, and determines the delivery destination of the commodity. The determination part 223 determines that the position is the delivery destination when the ID stored in the tag and the ID received coincide.
