A motor joint of a motor-driven power steering system for a vehicle is provided to increase the range of transferable torque, to control transferable rotary force easily, and to transfer the rotary force of a driving shaft precisely without a difference in the angle of rotation. The motor joint of a motor-driven power steering system for a vehicle comprises an outer rotor(440) having four projections(421) formed on the outer circumferential surface of a worm shaft(150), an inner rotor(420) covering the inner rotor fixed to a driving shaft(191) extended to the outside of a driving motor, and an elastic body(430) placed between the inner rotor and the outer rotor to reduce vibration and noise caused by being bumped directly into the space between the inner circumferential surface of the outer rotor and the outer circumferential surface of the inner rotor, to absorb relative movement of the longitudinal direction of the driving shaft and the worm shaft, to absorb longitudinal strain between the worm shaft and the driving shaft, to absorb a minute variation of an angle between the worm shaft and the driving shaft and to transfer rotary force from the driving shaft and to the worm shaft smoothly even if the rotation center of the worm shaft and the rotation center of the driving shaft are not coincide with each other.
