The hood has a shutter (2) for protecting the face of a user and fixed on one of sides of the hood (1) by a pressure button or a device permitting the rotation of the shutter from front of the face towards the rear of the hood. A self gripping band permits to fix and adjust the shutter to the morphology of the face when the shutter is positioned in front or behind the head of the user when the shutter is turned.
