A panel zone of a PHC column for fixing girders is provided to reduce the time and cost required for construction by utilizing a PHC column as a prefabricated circular column for a building and to utilize as a base joint for attaching girders by attaching a steel pipe to the surface of the PHC column. The invention relates to a panel zone of a PHC column for fixing girders by manufacturing a PHC column(10) by forming a cylindrical key groove on a joint plane of upper and lower PHC molds to insert a cylindrical key, boring a key hole on a semicircular boundary plane of a steel pipe segment(13), welding a skidproof ring to the inside of the steel pipe segment, inserting the steel pipe segment to an assembled steel wire net and corresponding a semi-cylindrical key groove(12) and a steel pipe segment key hole of a lower mold, inserting a key to the key groove and the key hole, pouring concrete to the lower mold and assembling an upper mold, and removing the key projected to the panel zone of the PHC column stripped from the mold. The length of the PHC column is regulated according to the number of floors and floor height of a building, and the thickness of the wall is increased according to the axial column load, and the panel zone of the PHC column is used for a base joint to weld a tension diaphragm, a suspension diaphragm and a beam joint.
