PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of providing a proper service to a mobile communication terminal corresponding to a current position of the mobile communication terminal while enhancing the convenience of a user. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 10 requests a server apparatus 60 to provide a service via a network 41 in response to a command from the user. The server apparatus 60 receiving this service providing request transmits a positional information contents to urge the mobile communication terminal 10 to position its current position to the mobile communication terminal 10. The mobile communication terminal 10 receiving the positional information contents positions the current position and thereafter informs the server apparatus 60 about the positioning result and a positioning method related to the precision of the positioning result. The server apparatus 60 receiving the information of the positioning result and the positioning method informs the mobile communication terminal 10 about service information in response to the current position and positioning precision of the mobile communication terminal 10 on the basis of the informed current position and precision of the mobile communication terminal (mobile phone) 10.
