A protecting apparatus for ground facilities with underground power distribution is provided to easily connect a power cable to the ground facilities and to easily construct a base by fabricating the protecting apparatus with concrete after dividing the apparatus into an upper base and a lower base in advance. A protecting apparatus for ground facilities(11) with underground power distribution includes an upper base and a lower base. The upper base consists of an upper supporting bar(12) and a side wall(13) to have the bottom open. The upper supporting bar(12) is adjacent to the street and a blocking unit(14) extended upward. The lower base has a lower supporting bar(15) and a side wall(16) to have the top open. The side wall(13) of the upper base and the side wall(16) of the lower base are mutually coupled.
