A method for manufacturing colored aggregate using powder paints is provided to color both the surface and inside of aggregate and mass-produce the colored aggregate in a low cost, and to express various colors at parks, sports stadiums, bike road and so on by manufacturing aggregate having suitable colors. A method for manufacturing colored aggregate using powder paints includes the steps of: sorting aggregate used as a paving material by a standard required for the use thereof, and mixing an epoxy powder paint to be sprayed onto aggregate with methylethylketone in a ratio of 1:1-1:1.5 to form a color paint; putting the aggregate into a rotating cylinder or a chamber having a stirring blade, evenly spraying a desired color paint onto the aggregate, and mixing the aggregate with the sprayed paint; and directly heating the mixture at 300-700 °C for 5-10 minutes so as to bring a flame into direct contact with the aggregate within the chamber.
