PURPOSE:To eliminate the external influence of noises and, at the same time, to prevent the influence of incoming noises and the leakage of a driving AC voltage to a vibration detection signal by providing an exclusive current return line for each driving phase of an oscillation wave motor, and providing an exclusive ground line to decide electric potential of an elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A driving circuit is connected to driving phases, SA phase and SB phase of an oscillation wave motor with pairs of wires, and an elastic body 21 is connected to a ground line of the driving circuit of the oscillation wave motor with another wires 5-5' to which driving currents IA and IB do not flow. As a result, electric potential of the elastic body 21 is kept in zero electric potential, and electromagnetic noises are not generated and no impedi ment is give to an outside equipment by stranding wires of the same current flowing in the opposite direction by making a pair.
