<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing user load from increasing, and provide a technique capable of increasing confidence properties of content data. <P>SOLUTION: It is judged whether or not a permission condition indicating decoding of content data is permitted holds, using a scan result of data print sheet and a scan result of identification certificate when decoding the content data.
