<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which receives two electric waves with different data lengths and rapidly and securely identifies which wave is received. <P>SOLUTION: When the electric wave is received, a first N bit amount of data which are superposed in the electric wave is decoded (steps S12, S13). Checking the decoded data with checking data is carried out, and when the decoded data is not identical with an ACK signal (the intrinsic value of N bit) to a smart system, the received electric wave is identified as an electric wave to a wireless key (step S17). When the decoded data is identical with the ACK signal to the smart system, N+1th bit is sequentially decoded. When the N+1th bit is not decoded, the received electric wave is identified as an electric wave to the smart system (step S18).
