<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Yuba (dried bean curd) noodle-containing soup food produced as soup so as to tastily and readily take Yuba having healthy and high-grade image. <P>SOLUTION: The Yuba noodle-containing soup food comprises Yuba cut into noodle-like shapes, a soup part and a container, and enables preparation of soup through charging hot water into the container.
