PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progress situation management system capable of speedily performing the horizontal development of information because the occurrence of problems in a site can be prevented, a problem can be quickly detected, a precise instruction can be provided to each worker at suitable timing, and information obtained from a certain site can be quickly transmitted to other sites.

SOLUTION: The progress situation management system provided with a server and a portable information terminal capable of performing bidirectional communication with the server to manage the progress situations of operation composed of a plurality of step operations by using data related to the progress situation of operation is provided with a first display means for displaying information concerned with the progress situation on a server and a second display means for displaying information related to the information displayed on the first display means also on the portable information terminal only about operation of which an owner of a cellular phone takes charge.
