A laser device for shortening an operating time using a fractional laser beam is provided to improve a scan speed and to shorten the operating time by irradiating plural fractional laser beams in a random direction. A laser device for shortening an operating time using a fractional laser beam includes a laser oscillation device and a beam transferring device. The beam transferring device has the microlens array(140) installed therein to be at right angles to a moving direction of a laser pulse, and comprising plural microlens(141) forming a focal distance in the skin by dividing the laser pulse transferred from the laser oscillation device into plural fractional laser beams; and the laser scanner for irradiating the plural fractional laser beams in a random direction so that the fractional laser beams are uniformly irradiated to the skin.
