A turbine is provided to employ a contact preventing unit protruding from one side of a wing part of a vane, in which the wing part controls the movement of combustion gas while providing a passage of the combustion gas. A turbine includes a turbine scroll(121), a turbine wheel(122), a flange(123), and a plurality of vanes(124). The turbine wheel is disposed in the turbine scroll so that the turbine is able to rotate. The flange is disposed at the outside of the turbine wheel. The vanes are installed at one side of the flange so that the vanes are able to rotate. A contact preventing unit protrudes from at least one of the flange and the vane to prevent the flange from being contact with the vanes.
