A liquid spill preventing device is provided to prevent discharge of liquid gas by lifting a cut-off disk to close a gas outlet when a float is lifted at a predetermined level due to accumulation of the liquid gas. A liquid spill preventing device(100) includes a stopping hole(124), a cylindrical part(112), a stopping unit(130), and an operation spring(134). The stopping hole is formed at one side of a lower part of a cut-off guide(123). The cylindrical part is protruded from a float(111) to close the outside of the stopping hole only when the float is lifted at a predetermined level. The stopping unit is coupled with a rotary shaft(133) at a lower part of a cut-off bar(120) to freely rotate and has a stopping part(131) with a stopping protrusion(132) stopped at an upper part of the stopping hole. The operation spring connects the cut-off bar and the stopping unit, and pushes the stopping part toward the stopping hole to stop the stopping part at the stopping hole.
