An optical cable coupling device is provided to prevent an optical cable from being damaged by arranging the optical cable inside a telephone terminal box, which is embedded in a wall of a building. An optical cable coupling device includes an embedded type box(10), an optical terminal unit(20), and a cover(30). A hole for introducing a telephone line and an optical cable is arranged on the box. A telephone terminal unit, to which the telephone line is connected, is arranged on the box. The optical terminal unit is attached to the box and couples the optical cables with each other inside the box. The optical cable is distributed to subscribers. The cover is rotatably coupled with one end of the optical terminal unit and prevents the optical terminal unit and the telephone terminal unit from being exposed to outside.
