<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a stick-like object forward/backward without disturbance and to prevent the stick-like object from falling off due to an impact or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An extrusion part 7 positioned at the end of a moving body 6 disposed inside the container 100 and moved forward/backward is stuck inside a filling member 1, the stick-like object M loaded in the filling member 1 is stuck inside the filling member 1, and the extrusion part 7 is turned to a piston shape and stuck with the stick-like object M inside the filling member 1. By the constitution, while the stick-like object M is pushed and made to appear from an opening 1a at the end of the container according to the forward movement of the extrusion part 7, a sucking action by pressure reduction is made to act between the extrusion part 7 and the stick-like object M to pull back the stick-like object M inside the filling member 1 according to the backward movement of the extrusion part 7, and the stick-like object M is moved forward/backward without disturbance. Also, in the case that an impact or the like acts, when the extrusion part 7 and the stick-like object M are to be separated, a pressure reduced state is attained and a sticking action acts.
