<p>The filtering device for separating solid materials in a sewage, wastewater treatment plant and a water treatment plant is disclosed, wherein the filtering device has one or more horizontal filtration beds in which two or more vertical plate-shaped nets are disposed in filter paper having an inlet port and an outlet port to be apart from each other at a predetermined distance and a filter material is provided in a space formed between the nets, such that water current passing through the filtration bed flows in parallel with the surface of land, and it is possible to secure a wider surface area of the filtration bed than that of the filter paper, since a depth of the filter paper and a longitudinal side of the filtration bed are lengthily formed, whereby the filtering device occupies a small site and can be applied to middle and large-scale water treatment plants.</p> |
