A belt wrapper for strip guiding is provided to extend service life of the belt wrapper, reduce maintenance time, and reduce maintenance cost accordingly by improving structure of belts used in the belt wrapper, and to accomplish quality improvement by preventing winding failure in the early winding stage of a strip top end. A belt wrapper for strip guiding comprises a fixing member(10), first, second and third movable members(20,22,24), first, second and third rolls(40,42,44), and upper rolls(34). The fixing member is rotatable in a state that fixtures(12) are fixed to both ends of the fixing member. The first, second and third movable members and first, second and third rolls are connected to the fixtures by a plurality of links to form an approximately semicircular shape. The upper rolls are installed under the fixing member to adjust tensions of belts wound on the first, second and third rolls and upper rolls by pressurization cylinders(30). The belts are a pair of chain belts(C) divided to be disposed on both edge parts of a coil to contact with both edges of the coil. The upper rolls are a pair of rolls divided correspondingly to the chain belts and are fixed through the same rotary shaft. The third rolls are a pair of rolls divided correspondingly to the upper rolls and are fixed through the same rotary shaft.
