N-TYPE ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR COMPOUND AND ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT DEVICE USING THE SAME

An n-type organic semiconductor compound is provided to ensure excellent power efficiency and luminous efficiency and prolonged life span, and to be applied to various fields containing an organic thin film transistor, photovoltaic cell or organic photo conductor(OPC). An n-type organic semiconductor compound is represented by the chemical formula (1). In the chemical formula (1), R1 and R2 are independently independently substituted or unsubstituted C6-20 aryl group or C3-19 substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl group. An organic electroluminescence device comprises an anode, cathode, a layer containing the organic semiconductor compound equipped between the anode and cathode. The layer containing the organic semiconductor compound is an organic light-emitting layer or electron-transport layer.
