COSMETIC COMPOSITION WITH THE EFFECT OF CALMING SKINS

A cosmetic composition is provided to ensure scalp protection and skin sedation effect by comprising fermentation extract of black beans, black sesamum indicum and black rice. A cosmetic composition having scalp protection and skin sedation effect comprises 0.1-15 weight%, preferably, 2 weight% of the fermentation extract of black beans, black sesamum indicum and black rice. A method for preparing the fermentation extract of black beans, black sesamum indicum and black rice comprises the steps of: mixing black beans, black sesamum indicum and black rice in a weigh ratio of 60:20:20; adding a mixture of 0.1-20.0 weight% in the culture fluid; producing a polymer by fermenting Bacillus species microorganism in the fermentation condition of 30-60°C, 5.5-8.5 pH and facultative anaerobe fermentation in the culture fluid; mixing the cultivating supernatant removed with fungi and ethanol in a volume ratio of 1:2; controlling the pH of the mixed solution by using 1N hydrochloric acid solution; collecting and re-dissolving the precipitate by mixing the mixed solution gradually to obtain the first refined material; and removing the low molecular weight substances and pulverizing, by dialyzing the refined material through a film filter of the molecular weight 10kD at 4°C.
