A method for preparing a biologically active seasoning relates to food-concentrates industry, in particular to flavouring seasonings, and includes cutting spinach, sorrel, green onion, parsley and dill into pieces and putting thereof into a container. Then a solution of citric acid, salt, ascorbic acid, magnesium chloride and water is prepared. It is poured into the container, preseved and sterilized. |
