FIELD: automobile production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to automobile tyres, namely, to lorry radial tyres structure with maximum safe load of 2500 kgf (kilogauss). Pneumatic tyre cover of radial structure includes protector, breaker, sidewalls, carcass that consists of outer and inner groups of rubberised cord layers, base rings. Carcass is made of three layers of rubberised cord and contains one outer and one inner group of layers. The quantity of cord layers of carcass inner and outer groups is not less than one and not more than two. The strength of carcass cord threads amounts 20-35 kgf/thread, and summation frequency of cord threads is not less than 225-336 pcs/100 mm. ^ EFFECT: invention allows reducing cover mass, labour intensity and energy consumption of cover production. ^ 1 cl, 3 dwg |
