FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to creation of immunogene compositions and vaccines for prevention or treatment of the infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria. The immunogene compositions containing a transferrin-binding fiber and Hsf, and a way of their reception are offered. It is shown, that the combination of these two antigens synergically influences on production of antibodies with high activity in the analysis of bactericidal Serum.
