<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a screw supplying device for supplying screws to an automatic screw fastening machine by providing a shuttle plate in one end of an aligning chute of a bowl feeder freely to move to the ejection port direction, and moving works to the ejection port with a locking channel thereof. CONSTITUTION:Screws 3 inside of a bowl feeder are aligned on an sligning chute 4, and the top screw 3 passes through inside of a guide channel 7a of a fitting plate 7 to enter a locking channel 8a of a shuttle plate 8, and a part of the head of the screw 3 is positioned in an undercut 9a of a shuttle guide 9 to be locked. Next, the shuttle plate 8 is progressed with the operation of a cylinder 10, and the screw 3 housed in the locking channel 8a is separated from outer screws 3 to be progressed to an ejection port 9b. With this structure, the number of parts is reduced to simplify the structure.</p> |
