<p>PURPOSE:To exclude an inferior product by clearly discriminating between the states of specimen by providing a metal container in which the first and second articles having large electrostatic capacity are received and an electrostatic capacity detector receiving the third article having small electrostatic capacity in the specimen. CONSTITUTION:A detection part 20 transmits the detection signal corresponding to either one of the detected states different with respect to respective objects 10 to be inspected to a signal converter 41. A control part 42 judges the presence of the article contained in each of the specimens 10 on the basis of the signal sent from the signal converter 41 to send a proper operation signal to an excluding apparatus 50. That is, the control part 40 preliminarily stores the number of the pulses transmitted to the signal converter 41 in a 'good' case wherein all of articles are received in each specimen 10. Only when the number of the pulses of the above-mentioned signal from the signal converter 41 is smaller than the memory value with respect to each specimen 10 or the above-mentioned signal is not transmitted, a 'discharge' operation signal is sent to the excluding apparatus 50.</p> |
