PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom unit that offers a high degree of freedom to move a wall material and allows the wall material to be fitted and removed readily, along with a construction method for the bathroom unit.SOLUTION: A bathroom unit 1 of the present invention includes a floor material 11, a frame body 12 having a plurality of frame members 121 erected on a top surface side along an outer periphery of the floor material 11, a ceiling material 13 fitted on the frame body 12, and an inner wall material 16 fitted on an inner side of the frame body 12 between the floor material 11 and the ceiling material 13, to be fitted to and removed from the frame body 12.
