PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect clogging in a cross sectional area decreased part provided in a tank-side bypass passage between a back pressure chamber of a diaphragm valve and fuel tank-side communication piping.SOLUTION: A fuel tank system applies pressure to a fuel tank 14 by a pump 42, and then stops the pump 42 to detect a variation in tank internal pressure while a solenoid valve 68 is open, thereby detecting clogging in the cross sectional area decreased part (orifice part 64).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
