The present invention relates to coping and an implant including the same, and more particularly to coping that allows easy coupling of a crown during an implant surgery and an implant including the same. The coping according to the present invention includes a crown contact part and an abutment coupling part. The crown contact part is inserted into and coupled to the crown. The abutment coupling part has an inner inclination angle that is smaller than an inclination angle of an upper portion of the abutment to be interference-fitted with an upper portion of the abutment that protrudes to the upper side of a gum and has a depth that is larger than the height of an upper portion of the abutment to have a space above an upper end of the abutment if the abutment coupling part is coupled to the abutment. According to the present invention, the coping coupled to the crown is interference-fitted with the abutment without using a dental adhesive, so that the surgery time can be reduced and the coping can be easily detached.
