Disclosed is a re-liquefaction system for a liquefied fuel propulsion vessel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the re-liquefaction system includes: a fuel tank storing liquefied fuel; a buffer tank receiving and storing the liquefied fuel from the fuel tank; a first fuel supply line processing the liquefied fuel of the fuel tank to supply the same to a high pressure gas engine; a second fuel supply line compressing evaporated gas of the fuel tank through a compressor to supply the same to the high pressure gas engine; a re-liquefaction line enabling high pressure evaporated gas in a downstream part of the compressor to exchange heat with a first heat exchanger, installed in the second fuel supply line in an upstream part of the compressor, and a second heat exchanger, installed inside the buffer tank, and then to return to the fuel tank; and an expanding device installed in the re-liquefaction line to liquefy the evaporated gas passing through the second heat exchanger. Therefore, the present invention is capable of increasing the liquefaction efficiency of the evaporated gas generated in the fuel tank.
