The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly printed jacquard fabric using digital textile printing (DTP) by weaving the jacquard fabric with a natural fiber, such as flax, rayon, ramie or a composite yarn thereof, as weft and warp, and printing the weaved jacquard fabric by applying a DTP technology, and the eco-friendly jacquard fabric manufactured thereby. The method comprises the following steps: a weaving step of preparing a yarn composed of flax, rayon, ramie or a composite yarn thereof, and supplying the flax or the rayon as weft and supplying one among the flax, the rayon and the composite yarn as warp so as to weave fabric; a refining step of performing refining by preprocessing the fabric prepared in the weaving step; a DTP step of performing a conventional preprocessing of the refined fabric, and supplying the fabric to a digital printer to print the fabric; a thermal treatment step of heating the fabric printed in the DTP step at a temperature condition of 85 to 110°C for 25 to 45 minutes by a steam heating apparatus; and a post-processing step of washing the thermal treated fabric with water, preparing an antibacterial agent in concentration of 5 to 7 g/L, immersing the fabric into the antibacterial agent at a condition of a moving speed of 30 to 40 m/min, over feed of +1 to +2, and a padding pressure of 1.4 to 1.6 kg/cm^2, pre-drying the antibacterial agent treated fabric, thermally treating the pre-dried fabric at a moving speed of 35 to 36 m/min, over feed of +1 to +2, and a temperature range from 150 to 160°C, and winding the thermally treated fabric. |
