PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage brewing device for brewing various kinds of beverage such as green tea, black tea, China tea, and coffee with hot water. SOLUTION: The device comprises a beverage brewing container provided with a first brewing means with a first valve mechanism and a second brewing means with a second valve mechanism, a basket detachably provided in the beverage brewing means to filter tea leaves or coffee, a receiving container to receive filtered beverage, an auxiliary container mechanism detachably provided over the receiving container to store beverage discharged from the first brewing means, and discharge beverage discharged from the second brewing means to the receiving container positioned below it, a first operation means to carry out opening and closing operation to the first valve mechanism, and a second operation means to carry out opening and closing operation to the second valve mechanism.
