1. A method of monitoring product and service life cycles and managing dispute resolution on a web-based platform, the method comprising:
identifying a transaction between at least two patties; establishing a secure, cloud-based storage space for receiving information related to the transaction; storing information related to the transaction in a customizable electronic filing cabinet within the cloud-based storage space; storing information related to transactions involving warranties in a predesigned file within a customizable electronic filing cabinet within the cloud-based storage space; screening a dispute initiated by at least one of the at least two parties to the transaction; facilitating electronic communication related to the dispute between the at least two parties; tracking electronic communication related to the dispute between the at least two parties; providing access to legal resources for facilitating a resolution of the dispute; and reporting a record of the dispute.
