<p>PURPOSE:To diagnose the abnormality of a control system in real time by analyzing a transfer function or the like by using signals from a signal generation part and a signal input part and deciding the abnormality by calculating a diagnostic parameter from an analyzed result. CONSTITUTION:When inputting a test input signal from a signal generation part 1 to a control system 4, the level check of the test input signal is executed as needed. When the result of the level check is satisfactory, namely, when a set level is almost coincident with the measured level, a relay 2 is turned on by a path 10 and the test input is impressed to the control system 4. A final command signal or the like is inputted to one channel of a signal processing part 5 and a control amount or the like is inputted to the other channel respectively from a signal input part 3 and the transfer function between the two inputs or the like is analyzed. Then, the analyzed result is sent to an inference part 6 and there, the abnormality is decided by calculating the several kinds of diagnostic parameters. Further, by storing the analyzed and diagnosed results into a memory part 8, the tendency of degradation can be controlled. Thus, the responsiveness of the control system and the abnormality in elements constituting the control system or the like can be diagnosed in real time while operating the control system.</p> |
