Provided are a skin care device and a method thereof. According to the present invention, the device transmits low frequency, light, and ultrasound by synchronizing with pulse signals so as to deliver nourishing and moisturizing components deep into the skin. To this end, the provided device includes: a pulse sensing part sensing the pulse of a user; a controlling part controlling the output of ion introduction triggering signals based on the pulse signals from the pulse sensing part; and an output part outputting the ion introduction triggering signals in accordance with the control of the controlling part. |
