PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of being kept small in size and preventing a cost from increasing even if a fireproof enclosure is provided.SOLUTION: A tape printer 1 comprises a power source circuit 41 which is mounted on a power source substrate 32 and a fireproof enclosure E covering a fireproof object area 45 of the power source circuit 41. The fireproof enclosure E includes a first enclosure E1 covering the fireproof object area 45 from one surface side of the power source substrate 32 and a second enclosure E2 covering the fireproof object area 45 from the other surface side of the power source substrate 32. The first enclosure E1 is composed of a spacer 33 interposed between the power source substrate 32 and a main substrate 34.
