PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wave detector capable of preventing voltage variation due to temperature variation and process unevenness.SOLUTION: The wave detector includes: a first diode (114); a capacitance (115) connected to the cathode of the first diode; a variable resistance (116) connected to the cathode of the first diode; a detector (119) that detects a cross point of the voltage and the current characteristic of the diode at first temperature and a cross point of the voltage and the current characteristic of the diode at a second temperature different from the first temperature; and a controller (121) that controls a value of the variable resistance according to the cross points detected by the detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
